What you might expect from your first session?

You may feel nervous, that is normal! First and foremost your comfort and security is important to us. The first appointment you have, regardless if you have Reflexology, Massage or Reiki will start off with an initial free consultation, filling in forms discussing medical history, your needs, your expectations. This will take between 15 and 30 minutes. once the paperwork is completed, your treatment session can proceed. The therapist will explain what will happen for the next 45 to 60 minutes throughout your treatment. So expect to be with us for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
