Sally now offers a bespoke double treatment for Indian head massage followed by reflexology, both of which compliment each other very and adds to your very relaxing session. If you are new to either treatment the session will start with a consultation (free) to include lifestyle and health questions. after that Sally will discuss with you the treatment. Indian head massages are great for relaxation, getting the neural pathways in the face and head working and replenishing the skin and muscles with new nutrients leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Sally will then switch ends without you having to move so that she can start the powerful relaxing treatment of reflexology. Reflexology is an ancient medicine that found parts of the body can be sensed and found within the feet and pressure on these areas can send neural messages to the brain to release the toxins and replace them with beneficial naturally created chemicals and nutrients to target those problem areas. Reflexology is not a ticklish treatment and if you have ticklish feet you will be very surprised at how the treatment feels. You are very important and self care is a necessity not a luxury so during your treatment Sally will ask you if the pressure is how you like it and then she will allow you to drift off to sleep.
